I have read many Sidney Sheldon books, and he's the best. Every time I read a book, I compare it to Sidney Sheldon. I have read his books, and love it so much, now I have high expectations.

I suggest you read Jodi Picult's Salem Falls.

It's the first non-sidney sheldon book I read after months of readong Sidney Sheldon books, and I enjoyed it.
