Do you mean along the same lines of 'was kimbo cheated' questions? these are entertainment and management questions with little or no relation to the practice of MA. I have been forced to accept that 'Fans' of MMA and UFC, not the fighters themselves (I respect artists even if I don't like the sport, so don't get your gi's in a bunch), are not going away. What can be done? I have been just ignoring them, much like JW said 'don't open them'. Does it make them go away? no. Does it mean I don't have to scroll through 40 'does UFC...' 'Is [insert fighters name] the best ground fighter' and my new fav 'what supplements should I take for MMA?' ' How do I set up my own MMA fights?'
I respect athletes, but keyboard analysts/fans have as much in common with MA as some yuppie baseball fan does with the World Series. You are a fan. Period. Why do you need to know every little thing about an athlete? Who cares if A-rod is doing the material girl and who cares "Why does anderson silva always wear yellow and black shorts".
Stop watching and start doing.
Talking about it DOES NOT make you part of it.
