Can I use "inclusive" instead of "every day" here?

Registration period will commence on 1 August 2008 and will be terminated on 20 October 2008 (inclusive) through telephone call, email, mail and direct registration.

    Inclusive does not work.

Here's what I say to make it colloquial:

The registration period will begin on 1 August 2008 and end on 20 October 2008. Registration will be taken via telephone, e-mail, postal mail, or in person.

    no

you would say "registration period is FROM ..... inclusive"

but you say the specific dates of starting and stopping. There's nothing to "include"
