Yes it is. I saw the video. I believe the girl was talking with New England accent. New England is in the north east of USA. The girl spoke in a clear voice with moody tones once in a while and the phrases she used were quite common and easy to understand. The content of what she had presented was not too hard to comprehend. In fact after I saw the video and heard what she said, I would throw up whenever the image of Big Mac flashes across my mind.I have lost appetite for junk food since then.
