Lachlann : I love this name!
Lane : cute nickname for Delaney
Leannán : Cute meaning. Looks a bit too much like Leanne though. How about Lennon
Lennox : Like it. It reminds me of a cute and witty kid
Levi : Makes me of sweet, mild boy who is really smart
Liam : Always like it. Don't know whether use it as a nn for William, or just Liam
Lief : I think you mean Leif? It reminds me of Leif Eriksson, but I don't see it being too implementable today (not outside Scandinavia) - by itself, it is a kinda cool name
Linden : Love this name!
Linus : kinda nerdy, sorry
Lucien : I think I prefer Lucian. It a really nice name though
Lux : It means Light in Latin. Really cool name. I used to like the name Pax ("peace") until some celebrity used it (It'd make an awesome middle name)
Malachi / Micah : I prefer Micah. Malachi reminds me of a Vietnam veteran for some reason (??)
Massimo : I prefer Max
Matteo / Mathias : Mathias is better...
Maurice : Reminds me of Rich Meranise (sp??) for some reason
Mikhail : if you do decide to go with it, make sure you know how to pronounce it
Milo / Miles : I love this name! I imagine him being a boy from really artistic parents
Noah : it was kinda cute until it's popularity explosion
Noble : not too fond of this
Nolan : Never really liked it, but I think it's growing on me
Nikomedes : I like Niko. Nikomedes is a bit too "long" or something
Oliver : it's really popular, but it can be really nice
Oscar : could be really nice on the right kid
Owen : It reminds me of Danny Devito (via "Throw Mama from the Train")
Paul : nice name that I actually don't see that often
Patrick / Padraig : I guess this it a very Irish name? :) I prefer Patrick, since Padraig reminds me of a really sad song by Bright Eyes
Quillan / Quincy / Quinn : I think I prefer Quincy. Quinn is nice too (but it isn't popular is it?)
Reed : I can see it being more of a middle name
Reese / Reece / Rhys : I prefer the name Rhys, b/c it makes it more unique. Nice name
Rórdán : LOVE this name!
Rowan : It looks very old - which is a good thing. It's a good ol' reliable name
Ryan / Rylan : Both are nice. I'm used to Ryan, but Rylan is more unique
Séamus : really cool irish name
Séan : ditto :)
Sebastian / Sylvester / Spencer : I prefer Sebastian, but these are all really nice respectable names
Shane : I prefer Sean
Sullivan : I really like this name. You could call him Sully for short
Tadghan / Teagan : Reminds me of Capt. Teague of POTC :D
Terrence : Seems kinda dated - I KNOW ppl would call him Terry for short
Vincent / Vinicius : I like Vincent, Vinicius sort of reminds me of Venetian.
Wilbur : I like William more...
Zachariah / Zacharias / Zachary : I like I prefer Zachary. Zach is REALLY popular right now, so I wouldn't use it, less the boy be one of many...
My favorites: Lachlann (!), Lennox, Linden, Lucien, Lux, Miles/Milo, Oliver, Paul, Rhys, Rordan (!!), Rowan, Seamus, Sean, Sebastian, Sullivan, Vincent
There's a few names I don't like, mainly due to association, but overall I like your style (and I've had an awakening with Irish/Scottish names :) )
PS, Sorry I didn't get to all of your girl names :)

Names I like because they're simple and easy to recognize and spell:
Lane — although it's also used as a feminine name
Noah — may be too popular just now
Oscar — a very masculine name
Owen — a really good Welsh name
Reese — although borne by a female actress, Reese Witherspoon
Vincent — recognized as a saint's name
Wilbur — easily misspelled with an 'e'. Airplane inventor Wilbur Wright
Names I like less. Irish names are great, but if they're not familiar to Americans, they'd be a problem, especially if they require accent marks. The other names have some strong negative associations, or are unnecessarily foreign:
Lief — would be spelled Leif half the time
Linus — too well known from the Peanuts comic strip
Lux — a brand of laundry detergent
Massimo — Maxim or even Maximilian would be better
Matteo — see Matthew
Mathias — see Matthew
Maurice — pronounced "Morris" in many other English-speaking countries
Mikhail — Michael would be better
Miles — historical Miles Standish, otherwise a butler's name
Noble — a name hard to live up to
Quinn — often given to females
Séan — would be OK without the accent
Sebastian — image of a villain in a British novel or movie
Sylvester — name of a cartoon cat
Shane — too-famous hero of a western movie
Sullivan — really a surname
Terrence — he'd have to spell it out correctly for everybody
Zachariah — Zachary is simpler, with the same origin
Zacharias — same

Milo/Miles are both great names
Oscar's one of my very favourite names (for Wilde)
I'd say Tadhg (pronounced like the tig in tiger) instead of Tadghan though - I know lots of Tadhgs but no Tadghans.
