1 )in fact, all kind of materials, article, was protected of copyright. no matter is a song, or a draw, or a draft.
2)the one who created, wrote these materials own the copyright.
3)as you write something, or draw something, it automaticlly have copyright, you don't have to register it. even the work haven't complete.
if someone copied your work, and you can prove you have the copyright of the material, you can sue him.
