First, check to make sure you have the printer turned on! Is the USB cord plugged into the back of the printer and the port on your computer? Is the print driver installed? Try removing the cartridges and then reseating them tightly. Are there any blinking lights on the unit. If so, that indicates an error condition of some sort. For example I work on the model C88+ machines quite often. Two lights blinking in an alternating fashion, (the ink light and paper feed light), this means the waste ink pads might be overflowed. As a service tech., I know how to diagnose all these things and fix them. I work at an Epson facility repairing Epson printers but I'm not familiar with that model. However, there aren't that many things that different among the Epson printers.
