If I were the President of China, I would focus on our people's education level if I can change the current situation. Because I believe in a philosophy that everything begins with education.
Facing the social problems in China, in particular the toxic baby milk that seriously affected the babies' health. Why would the businessmen do this? They knew that these chemicals would affect our health but in order to increase their profits and pass the quality checking, despite the adverse effects, they did it.
In my opinion, all these are due to a lack of morality and responsiblilty to the society. And I believe this can be changed by promoting education. Therefore, before any other changes are made, I would firstly like to promote education to our people.
Thank you very much!Source(s): my own ideas =]
