That's a great question as there are many good young pitchers in the MLB
1. Johan Santana (should have been CY young if the Mets bullpen wasn't terrible)
2. Tim Linecum (A 24 year-old who will win the CY this year and be a great pitcher if he doesn't battles injuries).
3. Jon Lester (another great young pitcher with an excellent future)
4. Cole Hamels (he's only 24, the ace of his team and has play-off experience and if he didn't play in CBP his numbers would be better)
5. Mike Pelfrey (he has had his struggles but has been great since April and also extremely young. Also, throws hard and has great sinker)

Starting pitchers:
Francisco Liriano 3.91 ERA, also has a good fastball and a sharp slider
Brandon Morrow 3.34 ERA, arsinal of 6 pitches and throws over 100MPH!!
Jon Lester 3.21 ERA in 2008, throws great and has a good mindset
David Price 1.93 ERA, will be the 2009 rookie of the year, guaranteed.
Shaun Marcum 3.09 ERA, best starter on the Blue Jays.
These pitchers are all young and have a lot to look forward to in their future. This is easily the best starting rotation in all of baseball.
