Konbanwa can be used at any place. So it's OK to say it at the beginning.
Your sentence is correct. But "hi izuru kuni" is a bit old saying.

Ella también cocina l. a. cena 6.i favor to practice dinner rooster. Tengo gusto de cocinar el pollo. wish it quite works!!!! :)
