United States v. Moreland dealt with the Grand Jury Clause of the Fifth Amendment.
Many cases have come up that dealt with the Double Jeopardy Clause: United States v. Ball, Fong Foo v. United States, and Blockburger v. United States, just to name a few.
Miranda v. Arizona is the big case that dealt with the Self Incrimination Clause. Others include Chambers v. Florida and Brown v. Mississippi.
The Due Process Clause is a big one, and is found in the 5th Amendment and the 14th Amendment. There are numerous cases that are about due process, but probably the most famous is Roe v. Wade.
And just a few years ago, Kelo v. City of New London was a big case about the Eminent Domain Clause.
