    Interesting question, but there is no ready answer. Especially if you include all the STAGE actors who have played presidents. And other actors who have played fictional presidents, not only real presidents.

    Think of Henry Fonda, who played a real president (Lincoln) and a fictional one (Fail-Safe). Probably more actors have played Lincoln than any other president. Think of at least a dozen in major films; then another dozen at least for Washington and Jefferson and Adams. Four or five have played FDR; three and four played Kennedy and Johnson.
