Pricing depends on where you go. Some have a service charge minimum of like $50. If it's that small it shouldn't be much.

The cost depends on the artist and shop that are doing it. Pain depends as well. Pain depends on the area you get it done. It also depends on your pain tolerance. Hope this helps.
