How to make the Myspace Salute work?

someone hacked into my hotmail account and changed my password. so i made a new hotmail account. and i need to change my Myspace email. I keep sending them salutes and the info they need but they just keep sending me '3 ways to change your email'. and I JUST did one of them!...so please HELP!! =S

did you create a new picture that ISNT in your profile?
