    British cheese, that is cheese from Scotland, Wales England and Northern Ireland is superb. There are hundreds of local varieties and textures, ranging from Creamy Stiltons and other blues, to crumbly Cheshire and Lanashire.

    Please don't think British cheese is just Cheddar, go to your local farmers market and do some tasting. You are in for a treat.
