Palin mentions accomplishments she had in Alaska. What significant accomplishments has Obama achieved?

All I know is that he was a law school newspaper editor, community organizer, a state senator, and a U.S. senator for 140 some odd working days.

The VP candidate for the Republicans has actually managed a 10 BILLION (yes, with a "B") state budget.

What BILLION dollar budget has Obama managed?

Update:

To poster "zendog":

So does that mean your answer is "he has managed no budgets"? Wow.

Update 2:

Correction: 13.5 BILLION in 2008

Ok, 1st- Palin supported the bridge to nowhere when talking to the people of alaska then changed her mind when she felt some pressure 2nd- She kept the money for the bridge, then spent like 26 million on the road that leads up to the bridge that isnt getting built. 3rd- going after big oil? you know her husband works part-time for an oil company right? 4th- going after big oil, by letting them drill in Alaska for more oil? 5th- As for the 30 billion dollar pipe line she didnt snub the oil companies she wined and dined people to get the pipeline when 2 American companies are now willing to do it w/o any money from the goverment. 6th- Alaska in 1998 passed the gay marriage ban - Yes Palin agreed with it but had nothing to do with it, Plus she never signed the benefits package for gays that was done by the supreme court. I have listed sources below for each of these. So unless they are all just lies your crap posted is mostly incorrect or you are giving credit to Palin for nothing. Heck maybe Palin invented the internet too.
