A: I am sorry, but I'm busy to have a trade show at 2:00p.m. I am available that's day night.
B: I'm afraid I can't make it then. I've dinner date.

B: Unfortunately, I have flight leaves 8:40 a.m. for Garden City confer
ence and returning at 7:50 p.m. on 13th.
A: So when can you make it?
B: Could you tell me to your 15th schedule?
A: I'm free after a trade show in the morning.
B: I think we can meet at evening if it is ok with you.
