Does the proctor clear your programs on your calculator before the SAT?
Well do they? I think they did it for my AP Calc test, but I'm not sure.

NO. They are not allowed to. In fact the use of calculator is not even allowed in SAT except when using a standard one which can perform only the basic fundamental operations.
As for your missing "cheat codes", I think what happened is that you are so nervous during the exam and get rattled punching some operations which becomes detrimental on your calculator thereby clearing some (if not all) of your programs. LOL

No, they never did for any of my standardized tests, although proctors can do anything they want, it really depends on who yours is. in any case if you got a link to your computer you can back up your calculator files onto it

they are not supposed to to that, report the person, back up your data to your computer
