Always 31 in Jan, 28 in Feb but once in four years 29. 2008 is a leap year so 29, Will, was your school approved ? LOL. Seen that Will has deleted his answer,if ever you put up an answer and on reflection realised that you made a Boo-Boo just correct and put your hands up !

Feburary has 28 days, but on leap year it has 29. January has 31 days.

30 days has September, April, June, and November. All the rest of 31 excepting Feburary alone, whcih has but 28 in fine 'til leap year gives it 29.

We have an imperfect system for telling time. Though according to our clocks, a day is 24 hours and a year is 365 days, the earth's rotation tells a different story.

According to the earth's rotation, a day is 23hours, 56minutes, and a year is 365.26 days. Every 4 years we accumulate an extra 24 hours which someone (I'm not sure who) decided to stick at the end of February.

    January has 31 days always.

Because there were so many people in the northern parts freezing off their asses, that is was decided to shorten the months. However instead they simply equalized them and did away with Leap Year! Now they have lengthened daylight saving time for the same reason. Cold asses! Freeze it off in the north, or have it blown away in the south! Brrrrrrr!

once every fourth year. It is called leap year and has something to

    do with the sun.
