"Adulterare" is not an English word.

Did you mean "adulterate"? It means to change or to make impure by adding something. In a sentence, "Several Chinese milk producers are charged with adulterating their milk with melamine."

Or, did you mean "adulterer", as in one who cheats on his or her spouse? "In colonial New England, adulterers were forced to wear a red 'A' on their clothing as penance."

Never heard of it. Are you spelling it right?

    Do you mean adulterer? Adulterate?
