This story seems to relate to Chicago in the 1990's. This is 2008 and the meltdown covers all 50 states and started a little more recently. Like the last 2-3 years.

For those looking to blame Clinton and company I guess they forgot we've had a Republican congress and President with an able and ready pen to sign all things Republican into law for 6 of the last 8 years. Even for the last 2 years Democrats have had a SLIM majority.

In other words the Republicans at any point in time could have done something about this during the last 8 years. Instead we got a $11 Trillion deficit, unwarranted war and a financial meltdown. Instead of blaming Clinton perhaps they should take responsibility for their own inaction's. People aren't as stupid as they would have us think and the Republicans have had 8 years. 8!!!!!!!!

Not directly, but because of organizations like this we have lowered lending standards so that unqualified people can get into homes they will never be able to pay for. So indirectly, they are a contributing factor.
