The most famous French movie of all time is called "The Red Balloon" - it was made back in the 1950s. It lasts about 30 minutes. It is about a boy who finds a red balloon. The photography is just so clever.

No, it is not romantic but no one knows exactly how this film was made. The red balloon is just magic - how did they do that back in the 1950s? No digital gubbins back in those days.

I know that if you can get hold of a copy of this movie, you'll love it. You will also fall madly in Love with Paris.

"Amelie"or anything with Audrey Tautou, Also hear that "The Diving Bell and the Butterfly", The "Red, Blue, and White" series is suppose to be very good. I personally love Juliette Binoche as well and my favorite she did was "The Horseman on the Roof". "Queen Margot" is another one I enjoyed and I'm really looking forward to watching "'The Valet" I'm getting on with Netflix soon.
