can you help me find a Sarku recipe?

I'm trying to find the recipe for the teriyaki sauce Sarku Japanese restaurant uses? I've tried dozens of recipes trying to match it there is nothing commercial I can find even tried several from scratch there is something I'm missing

I've generally tried soy sauce mirin garlic and ginger but have altered with sugars and fruit juices and broths can't get it right

If its a Restaurant Recipe u they won't tell u coz it might be their trade secret. If u really want to find out u might need to make a good chef to taste the sauce and he might be able to distinguish the flavours.
