Many people die every day from smoking tobacco (cigarettes) but no-one, NO-ONE!!, has died from smoking marijuana in the thousands of years it has been smoked.

So most DEFINATELY weed.

I've heard that smoking weed actually reduces your chance of lung cancer. cigarettes are toxic as anything though.

It is much healthier to smoke marijuana than to smoke tobacco cigarettes, however smoking anything is unhealthy (unfortunately)
