How can I crinkle shredded paper instead of buying it from the store I have a project I'm working on and I ?

need a lot of crinkled cut paper. i figured I can use shredded paper because that's what it looks like to me the kind that resembles easter grass but crinkled

My guess would be that you pleat the paper you would like to use before putting it through a shredder. good luck

Just grab the paper and

scrunch it into a

ball then smooth it out

and put though shredder.
