Just go to the doctor and tell him/her that you, or whoever this is for, wants help. They will NOT turn you away, I promise you that.

If the help is for you, you are doing a wonderful thing to open up to getting help. With an attitude like yours, you're far more likely to have a speedy recovery.

If this is for someone else, DON'T let them drink 6 gallons of water before they go. Don't let them put anything in their pockets. Ideally they should be weighed with nothing but underwear on. The doc's know all the tricks, but that won't stop the person trying to increase their weight.

I wish you SOO much luck. Please remember, when you just want to go back to your old ways, DON'T. It's so not worth it. I had a very tough time whilst I was in a hospital, but that's because I fought the system. Don't to that. You need the help they give you.
