Like SS says, it could be a swollen lymph node. Those almost always occur because of infections. Some long-lasting infections like mono can cause this without other symptoms.

It could be a number of other things. Could be a cyst if you can see a tiny hole in the skin. Could be a goiter. It's probably not cancer - if it was it would be skin cancer, in which case it would be resulting from a mole and it would be really disgusting and discolored.

But my guess would be either a swollen node or a cyst. Neither are harmful in themselves but could have complications later on.

could be a swollen or damaged lymphatic node. they can withhold fluid. normally a slightly swollen lymph gland is like a piece of rice in size so if it's holding lymph fluid it could swell up. see a dr, there are non surgical options like massage and accupuncture if that's what it is

Can be a mild form of spit gland cancer:have your Dr take a look:then you will be referred to a throat, lung and ear specialist.

    Had it 7 times,

    Space and all benign

Sounds like a swollen gland which are generally not harmful but have it checked anyway.
