Neither viruses, nor anti-virus programs exist (or can exist) for your particular mobile phone model.

I'm not sure why you would need antivirus software on your mobile phone. Unfortunately, I've never heard of it before.

Generally, memory cards from respectable brands will always work. As long as you're not buying cheap microSDs from eBay, you should be fine. Do take into consideration that phone-microSD file transfers generally aren't that fast.
