Can someone please help me!?

Can somone please help me with the agreement of the Decisions and Faces here? Are they both supposed to be plural of neither one? I don't know?

"The decisions he faces overcoming these obstacles present readers with substantial insight regarding his character"

Yes, they both would be plural because it is talking about more than one decision and the choices to the decisions. If just said "decision" it would sound like this (The decision he is facing) then it wouldn't be plural, but when it is used in a sentence like that, they both must be plural.

I would say both of them plural. Could it say ,"The decisions that he faces"? It looks and sounds a little better. Hope it helps.
