when I try to send an email I get a box that says the service is not available. Why?

Yes I make sure I've signed in. Please help. This is very frustrating, especially when I've written alot of important facts.

Yahoo has been doing maintenance on the servers, affecting many accounts now. Many can't send, receive or access their mail account. You can access your mail here for now, it's basic, but it works. http://us.m.yahoo.com/p/mail or: http://de.m.yahoo.com/p/mail
