Whta goverments do when it happens, fear the worst and kill as many inocent people as they can to make their point they are still governing.

Resist. Teargas everyone. Put them on the FBI enemies list. And so forth. Just like they did between 1965 and 1976.

it would never last, the best way to change things is politically, the dems and GOP need to go and i think there needs to be a third party
