Don't be so harsh on the old man he is just senile and has some mental problems, for example after he divulged US secrets to the Vietnamese he attempted suicide twice. So no he is not mean he just needs some medication and a good psychiatrist. Anyone who thinks he is qualified to be President of the United States may be just as delusional.
