Are there any positive movies that are based on a true story?

Me and my friend were debating because she believes that there has never been a movie made that is based on a true story that was positive the whole way through. Every based on a true story movies has the main character going through many trials and tribulations before ending up good. But i think that is what hollywood likes and if there is a whole positive true story out there that its not popular. Please Help!!!

Try "Salt Of The Earth", a film whose cast is mostly of the people who went through the incident. Made long ago, it was blacklisted in theaters because it dealt with controversial topics during McCarthy's Reign of Terror. The FBI constantly interfered with its production, trying to shut it down.

The film is now available and very moving.
