Could man eating be the fault of people?

If people are available to be eaten, and something is hungry, then those people shouldn't be there to be eaten. Yes, man-eating is the peoples' fault. Seriously, if you are asking if the incidents of animals eating or attacking people is because of people, then yes. People have pushed too far into the habitats of animals, or have interfered in the natural pathways of animals' abilities to find their natural prey. So people are considered fair game. Go bears!

I certainly wouldn't blame the people who are being eaten. Except there was this one guy who responded to an ad seeking a "man for slaughter" and he let himself be killed and eaten. But in other cases I would put all the fault on the person or thing doing the man-eating.
