no, but I know how to do marquee.

<marquee>text here</marquee>

If you want it at the top, I guess you could put the marquee at the top of your about me section. It would look like the very top of your profile if you have everything hidden except your about me and centered it.

Here is the centre code:

table.blurbs {position:relative; left:-200px;}

</style>

You can change the -200 to any number, positive or negative.
