professional bra measurements?

So i really need new bras but im pretty sure i don't know the size. Where do i go to get a professional measurement in the US, preferably in Colorado? What is it like? How do they do it? and is it awkward?

Go to Lane Bryant or Victoria Secret they are specialized in that sort of thing and just ask the sales lady for help . i have done it quite often

Victoria's Secret does them for free!

They do it with your shirt on and no it isn't awkward!
