How do you go about getting emancipated WITH parental consent?

I live in Luzerne County (Pennsylvania).

Do you have to go to the main courthouse and get some kind of paperwork or something?

First of all you have to go to the court and prrof you have a place to live. A way to support yourself and what not. Then your parents will have to sign a document. I wanted to do it when I was young but it was too much trouble so I changed my mind. It could also vary on your state.

You could try going there to ask. I think you may have to get a lawyer though to represent you.
