I'll do #2 for you:
perimeter = 165cm. (perimeter is the sum of the length of the 3 sides)
use second side as X (since they give you the info on the 2 other sides using the second side comparison)
1st side : 65 cm less than twice the second side (X)
therefore, 1st side: 2X - 65cm
3rd side : 10 cm less than the second side: X-10
Perimeter = 165 cm = 1st side + 2nd side + 3rd side = 2X-65+X+X-10
2X + X + X -65 - 10 = 4X -75 = 165.
4X = 165 +75 = 240.
X = 240/4
X = 60 cm.
2nd side (X) = 60 cm.
1st side = 2X - 65cm = 2(60) - 65 = 55 cm.
3rd side = X - 10 = 60 - 10 = 50 cm.
