will a zalman 9500 work with ?

Question

I just ordered due to it was recommend by almost everyone i talked to & found out by reviews its a good cpu cooler ! The only thing im most worried about it working with my 5000+ amd athlon 64X2 I think i have read that it will , the other thing i hope that it fits or I will be really bombed out
