transmission installation?

Question

i am looking in to buyin a 94 mitsubishi 3000 gt for 1400. and it comes with a transmission because the one on the car is bad. is this an easy fix for a man to do... or shoule i pay a mechanic..&& if i do pay a mechanic how much would it be

Its probably not easy if you have never done it before, but it is do-able. If you pay someone to do it....... The labor time to R&R the trans is just under 7 hours.......we are at $119 per labor hour so expect to pay around $800 but make sure the tranny your putting in is a good one!
