i'm just too skinny!!!?

i feel so skinny!!! i'm 13, 5'2 and 75-78 pounds. i'm not anerexic or bulimic though. i eat just fine and luv KFC. i just don't seem to gain any weight. i don't like being made fun of either. i know i'm skinny. my doctor says i'm perfectly skinny, and i have metabolism, but i just want to gain some weight. i have chicken legs!!! my bones are super tiny, i hav wrap my fingers over my wrist and overlap. i really want to fix this! how?

how can i gain weight? how can i get my bones to grow bigger?

please give me some serious answers. i will give 10 ptts. please help me!! i'm curveless. =[

uhm, i'm not sure i want to be "RIPPED" people with too many muscles and stuff freaek me out. i just want too look a little less skinny *pout* lol

    you need to eat more meals a day, but keep them relatively healthy. you need to eat a high protein diet.. eating more ''fattening'' foods like KFC won't nessacarily help you gain weight. lifting weights and doing cardio could actually help you gain muscle mass and weight, but you have to eat more calories then you can burn.

    No, no, no. You're not ugly because you're skinny. I'm 5'3 105 pounds, but that doesn't make me ugly. People may call me skinny or petite but I'm not ugly and it's the same with you. You're not ugly. You are beautiful. Guys will tease just about anyone. There are plenty of men who like thin women. If they are shorter than you, they're picking on you 'cause they're jealous! If you're young, you'll fill out over time and get some curves if you don't have any. And if guys still tease you now and in the future, that's too bad for them because they don't see the pretty girl in front of them. Someone will notice you sooner or later and he'll love you the way you are! I used to complain about being skinny all the time and then I look at my sisters, who are all kinda overweight except one, and I shut up. You're starting off thin which means it'll be easier for you to stay looking good longer than someone who's heavier. Love yourself for who you are.

    I'm gonna tell you this so you start early. Start to work out and gain muscle. That's the best thing you can do. You don't want to gain fat. If someone as skinny as you works out, you'll look absolutely RIPPED. That's how you impress people. People respect someone committed to their health and body fitness. You can take the gym route, and get a membership (what I HIGHLY recommend, especially at places like work out world with free trainers and free classes), you can take the route of getting your own dumbell set from somewhere like Olympia sports (just a simple 40 set for curling and other upper and mid body muscle) and for your legs, just go running (maybe with a weighted vest) or squat (but squating stunts your growth).

    once you start eating more, youll get fatter. Then you will wish you were still skinny. At 13 youre not supposed to have a chest. Most girls dont if you look around. I certainly didnt. Im still kind of small and im 14. But i noticed i have gotten bigger, and i miss being skinny. Once you get a chest you get a stomach, even if its just a slight increase. It's usually at age 15 or 16 when you mature more. Just be patient. Skinny is pretty. Girls who are curvy want to be skinny. Skinny girls have small chests, fat girls have fat chests. The only skinny girls who have big hooters are fake girls. And nobody likes fakes.

    Hey, although you talked to your doctor, I think you should consult a physician because he or she knows more. If you just eat junk food and unhealthy food it will make you gain weight but you'll be unhealthy. So consult a dietician and they will help you manage a well balanced diet and you'll be a ble to gain weight as well.

    haha - don't worry. I was the same way, and so were a lot of my friends. You know what will happen? You will grow up, get a little tone, and go from the 'skinny' girl to the 'hot' girl.

    you really dont want to do anything extreme with out consulting your dr. your body is growing and going through changes right now. try again to talk about your concern with your dr. you can probally try ensure ( or similar) drinks. they will help put on weight (they are full of protein so use carefully) they are what they give to cancer and elderly when they are having difficulty maintaining weight.

    just be healthy eat lots of fresh vegetables fruit and nuts and exercise try and build sme muscle and a little bit of fat...skip the kfc and artificial shakes and be happy that you are thin and fabulous....your so young you are going to gain weight trust me...but healthy people are usually thin...just be healthy.

    i have the same problem, im 13 4'11 and im like 70 something. i started eating more and i gained like 3 pounds in like 2 weeks. im hoping for more. good luck

    sometimes its just the way your body is. but u ca get vitamins. talk to your doctor. or theres those shakes i cant remmber the name but go to walmart and go the the vitamin aisle you'll see loads of stuff
