I found this, but it seems like a healthy Turkish/meditterranian restaurant rather than a kebab house

Drive to your butchers, supermarket for some minced lamb.

Then in supermarket get some Cumin & Coriander.

Mix the lamb with the spices add an egg salt & pepper then mix the lot together. You want a firm mix not gloopy.

Then spread the mix out on a tray & grill until done.Turn once it may crumble but you will put it in a pitta bread or similar so it does not matter.

Serve with a shredded or lettuce based salad.

Add chilli sauce, lemon juice or what ever you like to serve

You may have to make them a few times to get the taste that you want

    but that's no probs

Oh forgot whole pickled chilli on top. Cant stand them myself

Try Kervan Kebab House in Cheasapeake, Va they are the best as far as I know.

Mmmmm Dönner Kebabs ;) I had one Friday night !! =) Great food ... they only think the Turkish have ever given the World... can't help you with your area... but maybe try a Greek restraunt ? Here they are all Cypriot places so they serve both foods...
