Billions to bailout businessmen, whats the budget/strategy to save the poorest people/countries on this planet?

    I think you may soon be talking about us.

    The dollar is going away as the base of international credit, no matter if congress bites the bullet now (hah) or has us all swallow the gun later. Once the dollar drops out as the floor, it might well jump out the window, because we've already exported our manufacturing jobs and manufacturing know-how, and the dollar won't be worth enough to buy the things that we're used to getting easily from other countries.

    The devaluation of the dollar will lead to less consumption on food from america, but that decrease may be offset by china which is becoming more prosperous.

    But Obama has a proposal. It won't cost much. Something like $845 billion to make sure poor people spend more money for food and make their debts null.
