There are two films I know of about jungle crashes:
Back from Eternity (1956) (b&w)
starring Robert Ryan, Anita Ekberg, Rod Steiger, Phyllis Kirk, Keith Andes, Gene Barry, Fred Clark, Beulah Bondi, Jesse White, Jon Provost
A South American plane loaded with an assortment of characters crashlands in a remote jungle area in the middle of a storm. The passengers then discover they are in an area inhabited by vicious cannibals and must escape before they are found.
NOTE: This is a remake of the following film:
Five Came Back (1939) (b&w)
starring Chester Morris, Lucille Ball, Wendy Barrie, John Carradine, Joseph Calleia, C. Aubrey Smith, Kent Taylor, Patric Knowles
Twelve people are aboard Coast Air Line's flagship, the Silver Queen, en route to South America when the airplane encounters a storm and is blown off course. Crashing into jungles known to be inhabited by headhunters, the pilots race against time to fix the engines and attempt a takeoff. The situation brings out the best and worst in the stranded dozen as they create a makeshift runway and prepare to escape before the natives attack. But damage to the plane and low fuel reserves mean that only five people can be carried to safety.
I'll see if I can find any others.
