I got smart and started making my own, using loose pigment in an appropriate shade on top of lip balm- and then using the little gloss tube, which by the way binds so much better with pigment underneath. The base that's made out of pigment won't move at all until I physically wash it off, and the gloss on top just reinforces the shine, and you can be the judge of how much of the wet look you want, because you'll have the shine finish either way (so you don't have to keep retouching every five minutes, just after extremes like drinking from glass or kissing ). Good pigments to try are Make Up For Ever's Star Powders (my favorite), or also if you're just in a drug store sometime, the Loreal HIP pigments are very good also. Remember whatever gloss you're putting on top is going to be the dominant color so don't worry if the pigment you pick isn't the same. Just has to be in the same family.
