I am sick too often - any suggestions so I can be healthier and sick less often?

I am sick too often. In the past nine months I'd day I've been sick at least 9 times. Nothing serious mind you - sometimes a headache, sometimes feeling gross in the stomach, sometimes a sore throat, but I never throw up or get a real bad fever. It usually takes me a week to recover. Nothing serious mind you - sometimes a headache, sometimes feeling gross in the stomach, sometimes a sore throat, but I never throw up or get a real bad fever. It usually takes me a week to recover. I get about 9 or 10 hours of sleep a night and I am 15. I eat fairly healthy (I don't eat junk food, or pop or coffee, mind you I usually only get about 3-5 fruit/veges servings a day) and I get my exercise. I like to think I get enough water too.

I have a few bad habits. Do any of these sound like things that may lead to being sick?
I don't vacuum or dust nearly often enough
I almost always forget to use Listerine or floss after I brush
I never wear socks unless I have to so I usually have cold feet

Also, I have seasonal allergies.

Can anyone please help me....I am so tired of being sick
