我很感謝你~~但是我希望能把第一人稱的句子弄掉~~~因為這算是一篇文章的"摘要" 如果我自己把第一人稱用掉可以嗎? 還是哪裡需要注意??

    每個人上台都會緊張包括我自己。但在這裡我免費提供你一個秘方。克服緊張的最好方法就是練習。如果你練習多次的話,它也會幫助你不會害怕上台後的恐懼還有冒冷汗。另外,建立起自信是另外一種重要方法讓你在台上有好的表現。

    Every one will feel nervous of comimg to stage, incluing myself. But here I would like to provide you with a tip for free. There is no doubt that practice is the best way to overcome nerve. It also help you not to be afraid of fear on the stage and beark out in a cold sweat if you practice more. In addition, setting up self-confidence is another important way to make you have a good performance during the presentation.

    可以把第一人稱拿掉。即然是一篇文章的摘要,就把它的主旨給表達出來。

    不要太複雜,精簡就好。記得你是想要描述什麼或證明什麼東西 。可以讓人一目了然的知道你所要表達的東西就好。然後在文章一個個擴大它的內容範圍。

    也因為是要寫成文章中的摘要,所以寫作方式,句子結構就改成不要像是口語方式表達的樣子。也盡量不複雜,精簡點到就好。(那你就看看囉~)

    緊張。

    Everybody gets stage fright, however these nerves could be overcome.Repetitive practice would help to ease the nerves thus enabling the performer to overcome the tension on stage.Having strong self confidence is also another good way of easing the tension as strong self confidence would sweept away any tension the perfomer might have before perfoming on stage.

    1. Everyone always get nervous when speech, but nervous could overcome.

    2. You have to more practice talking to more pepole.

    3 After more practice, you could overcome fear of the speach.

    4. Of couse, you will get more confidence and get rid off nervous.

    個人建議是這樣就好啦。。。

    分到五句有點怪怪的==

    中文沒附上 因為意思就跟你寫的差不多

    是比較簡單明瞭啦...

    Every must will be nervous when they have to stand infront of people.

    但緊張是可以克服的。

    but this could be overcome.

    只要多練習在很多人面前說話。

    you just need to practice more on front of people.

    在練習過後,你將不會害怕上台的恐懼。

    After the more practice, you won't be afraid to go on the stage

    當然對自己有自信也可以使自己不會那麼緊張。

    Of course be more confidence to yourself can help you do not so nervous.
