Tasting PTC is a dominant trait. So anyone who can taste it has at least one PTC+ allele.

However, anyone who cannot taste it, is a homozygote for the recessive allele, and will only pass a recessive allele to their kids.

Knowing this, you should be able to figure out what their genotypes are.
