OREO COOKIE PIE
41 Oreos
1/4 c. butter
24 marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. whipping cream
In 2 quart pan, melt marshmallows and milk together and set aside to cool completely. Coarsely chop 10 cookies and set aside. Finely roll 26 cookies or use food processor. Combine cookie crumbs with melted butter and press in 9" pie pan. Whip cream; fold whipped cream with marshmallow mixture; fold in coarsely chopped cookies. Spoon filling into crust. Garnish by placing 5 remaining cookies in star shape at center of pie. Chill 4 hours in refrigerator or freezer.

OREO CREAM PIE
41 Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies
1/2 c. butter, melted

Coursely chop 10 cookies; set aside. Finely roll 26 cookies. Combine cookie crumbs and butter; press evenly onto bottom and side of 9 inch pie plate. Chill while preparing filling. In 2 quart saucepan, over medium heat, stir marshmallows and milk until melted and smooth; cool completely. Fold 2 cups of whipped cream into cooled marshmallow mixture; fold in chopped cookies. Spoon into prepared pie crust; chill 4 hours or until firm. To serve, garnish with remaining whipped cream and cookies. Makes one 9 inch pie.

Oreo Cheesecake Pie
Ingredients
For the Oreo crust:
24 Oreos chocolate sandwich cookies
5 Tbsp butter, melted
For the Cheesecake:
12 ounces cream cheese, softened (1 1/2 (8 oz) packages)
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups Oreo chunks (about 12-15 cookies, broken)
For the ganache:
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
4 Tbsp butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
For the Oreo Crust:
Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until small crumbs. Stir in the melted butter. Press the mixture into a deep dish 9-inch pie plate, covering the bottom and up the sides of the dish. Refrigerate while you make the cheesecake filling.
For the cheesecake:
Preheat the oven to 325°F. Add softened cream cheese to a large bowl beat with your stand mixer or electric mixers until fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each addition. Add vanilla and sugar and mix well, scraping down the sides of the bowl. Fold in the Oreo chunks. Pour batter into Oreo pie shell and bake for 35-45 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly firm (it can be a little soft, just not jiggly). Remove from oven and cool completely.
For the Ganache:
Once the pie is cool, make the ganache. Combine the butter and cream in a saucepan over medium heat until the butter is melted and the mixture is simmering. Place the chocolate in a small bowl. Pour the hot cream mixture over the chocolate and stir until melted and smooth. Add the vanilla and powdered sugar and stir well. Pour the ganache over the cheesecake, carefully smoothing to cover the top evenly. Refrigerate until ready to serve (at least an hour - the pie can be made up to a day in advance).

1 baked pie shell - chocolate cookie pie shell or graham cracker shell etc
4 egg yolks
1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cup crushed Oreo cookies
2 1/2 cups whipped cream (not cool whip)
Directions
1Mix all ingredients well and pour into a baked pie shell.

1-1/2 cups cold milk
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
Instructions
CRUSH 24 cookies finely; mix with butter. Press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
CHOP remaining cookies. Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in COOL WHIP and chopped cookies; spoon into crust.
REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until set.

OREO PIE
1/2 gallon ice cream
12 oz. pkg. Cool Whip
1 pkg. Oreos
Graham cracker or chocolate pie crust
Soften ice cream. Mix in Cool Whip, crumble Oreos. Mix with other ingredients. Place in pie shell. Freeze for 2 hours.
If you use 1/2 gallon ice cream and 12 ounce package Cool Whip make 3 pies.

Crush 20 Oreo cookies; mix with 1/4 cup butter. Press in plate to make shell and freeze.
Spread 1 quart softened vanilla ice cream into pie shell and re-freeze. Pour hot fudge sauce over ice cream and freeze. Serve with whipped cream and chopped nuts.
HOT FUDGE SAUCE:
1 sm. can evaporated milk
2 tsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 oz. bitter chocolate
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Mix together.

1 bag Oreo cookies
Dream Whip
Put half cookies in blender, then line pie plate with it. Prepare Dream Whip, then crush the rest of the cookies with your hands and mix with Dream Whip. Put on crust and freeze.
