Did I eat too much today?
My weight goal: -40 pounds
current weight: 168
1 med. bowl of chinese noodles
1 large salad
2 extra small bowls of soup (1 mushroom cream soup, the other tomato soup from Campbell's)
3 small slices of watermelon
1/2 cup of cooked rice (Uncle Ben's)
1/3 pack of swedish berries candy
I don't exercise.
Oh yeah. I had a glass of milk and about two to three glasses of water.

That sounds like a healthy and reasonable intake for one day. With that modest calorie intake you should be able to lose about 1.5 pounds every week so to lose 40 lbs would probably take you about 6 months. If you try to lose more than 2 lbs or 1 kg per week you are likely to regain all that lost weight later on. Slow and steady is the way to go and you will keep it off.

No i dont think you ate too much, you should be eating around 2000 calories a day if you are exercising too.. if you deprive yourself you wont lose weight..
